Healing and transformation can be challenging. Our life and energy can get out of balance, it can be hard to change ourselves (especially at the deeper levels), and we can become stressed or stuck. This can occur as we encounter holding patterns and blocks that refuse to loosen or shift in the way we desire them to. However, we are "spiritual beings" having a physical experience and we can tap into powerful resources for deep support in our growth process.

This workshop provides a powerful catalyst for recalibrating our energy, and using spiritual support to help us break through and "reset" to our next level of growth and well-being. It connects us with energies within and beyond us, that can heal and nurture us at our core. This helps us dissolve blocks in our mind, body, emotions and spirit, regardless of where we are in life. We'll do this by working with our energy or biofield (interacting fields of energy and information that surround living systems), and calling in healing energy and powerful support from spirit guides specialized in healing.

First we'll go over some advanced principles and concepts around spiritual healing, followed by brief self-assessment exercises, to anchor the workshop and our self-awareness. Next we'll use guided exercises using energy work, chakras visualizations, meditation, etc. This will be facilitated and assisted by Gabriel's trance mediumship healing and guides, to create healing energy fields and a bridge (or "interdimensional portal") to higher frequency energies and the spirit world. This allows spirit guides to draw closer, and for participants to gain greater access to healing energies. In turn, guides can work more intimately with our mind, body and the denser aspects of our energy field.

We will heal, unblock and expand, as well as release patterns that hold us back in our life and overall health. The approach to healing in this workshop will cover many aspects/angles and will meet students where they are in their own journey.

You have some clarity about what you want to change, release or heal about yourself

You are a "spiritual tourist" looking for entertainment and are unwilling to do the "inner work" of personal development
You are uncomfortable with the idea of working with "the spirit world"
You think there is "one way" to do healing, or are are rigid in your expectations

Important things to note:

Bring a pillow or anything that will make you more comfortable with classroom-style seating.
I will not be giving individual "readings" in this workshop, but instead using mediumship for healing and unblocking.
I can’t guarantee specific outcomes from this workshop as this depends on what you bring to the work.
